Tomas Corzo has spent the last 22 years working in residential real estate across San Diego, Tucson and Austin. He comes from a great family of realtors growing up in Houston, TX. His parents and his brother have been realtors in the Houston area since the early 90’s. He was inspired by his family and after graduating from The University of Texas at Austin in 1999, he began his real estate career.
Tomas began his real estate journey in San Diego, California where he spent 3½ years working in the luxury market. His first year in the business, Tomas was recognized as one of the top rookies in the city. He grew his business 50% year over year during his first 3 years as an agent. San Diego offered a bright future for Tomas, but in 2005 he was given an opportunity to work with HomeVestors of America in the investment side of residential real estate in Tucson, Arizona. He was put in charge of acquisitions of residential homes where he was instrumental in the purchase and resale of 118 properties in just 18 months making the Tucson office the #1 franchise office in the country in 2005. Tomas came full circle by moving back to Austin in 2006. Since then, he has been working to service the needs of buyers and sellers across Austin handling over $200 million in volume transactions and he has been part of helping 502 families in the buying and listing process. Clients appreciate Tomas’ personal approach. His patience, ability to listen and negotiation skills have built a reputation as a strong advocate for his clients. His analytic skills and his ability to accurately price homes give his clients the peace of mind that their home will be properly marketed and priced.
Tomas has a beautiful 4-year-old daughter and two loyal lab mixes who keep him busy when he’s not selling homes. He has a deep passion for marathons and triathlons and combining those with his philanthropic efforts. He has been involved in raising support for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas, Africa New Life Ministries, Partners In Health and the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
